1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Fila ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Fila is a social media platform designed for sharing and discovering yoga-related short-form videos. The Service allows users to:

Create accounts and user profiles
Upload, share, and view yoga videos
Interact with content through likes, comments, and shares
Follow other users and view their content
Search for videos, users, and topics
Communicate with other users through in-app messaging

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fila. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Content Standards

You agree not to post, upload, or share any User Content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
Contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or inappropriate material
Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
Contains spam, advertising, or unauthorized promotional content
Impersonates any person or entity
Contains viruses or other malicious code

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
Collect or harvest information about other users
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the Service
Use the Service to transmit any malware or malicious code
Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fila and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Fila.

7. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Fila may offer a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be used within the Service. Coins may be earned or purchased through in-app purchases. You agree that:

Coins have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash
All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Coins system at any time
Coins may expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated

If you make in-app purchases, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Upon termination, we may delete your User Content, though certain information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any harm that may result from your use of the Service.

Fila is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or quality of User Content. Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions with other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fila and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@fila.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fila operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fila regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
